# Teams Messaging Policies
The Teams Messaging Policies page lists the Messaging Policies data under the Azure Messaging tab.
The list contains the `Risk Score` ,`Exposure Point` and `Issue Counts`.
## Teams Messaging Policy Details
Details page contains the `Risk Score` of the teams messaging policy, `Exposure Point`,`Information` and `Issues` panes.

### Details
Details tab contains attributes below about teams messaging policy object.
| Attribute | Description |
| --------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Owners can delete sent messages | Allows team owners to delete messages sent by others in channels. |
| Delete sent messages | Allows users to delete their own sent messages. |
| Users can delete messages sent by bots | Allows users to delete messages posted by bots in chats or channels. |
| Delete chat | Allows users to delete entire chat conversations from their chat list. |
| Edit sent messages | Allows users to edit their previously sent messages. |
| Read receipts | Controls whether users can see when their chat messages have been read by recipients. |
| Upload custom emojis | When this is on, people can upload custom emojis that everyone in your org can use. |
| Delete custom emojis | When this is on, people can delete custom emojis. Deleting a custom emoji removes it for everyone. |
| Chat | When this is on, people in your organization can use Teams to message others in individual and group chat conversations. When this is turned off, chatting is completely disabled. |
| Chat with groups | Users can start a chat with distribution groups, mail-enabled security groups, and Microsoft 365 groups. |
| Custom avatars for group chats | Allows users to set a custom image for group chats. |
| Giphy in conversations | Allows users to send animated GIFs from Giphy in chats and channels. |
| Stickers in conversations | Allows users to send stickers in chats and channels. |
| URL previews | Automatically generates a preview when a link is shared in a chat or channel. |
| Report inappropriate content | When this is on, users can report inappropriate content for review. |
| Report a security concern | When this is on, users can report security concerns for review. |
| Translate messages | Allows users to translate chat and channel messages into their preferred language. |
| Immersive reader for messages | Allows users to open messages in Immersive Reader for enhanced reading features such as text spacing, read-aloud, and focus tools. |
| Send urgent messages using priority notifications | When you turn this on, users will be able to send urgent messages in the Teams app. Learn more |
| Create voice messages | Allows users to record and send voice messages in chats. |
| On mobile devices, display favorite channels above recent chats | Displays favorited channels above recent chats in the chat list on mobile devices. |
| Remove users from group chats | Allows users to remove other participants from group chat conversations. |
| Text predictions | When turned on, users will get text predictions for chat messages. |
| Suggested replies | When you turn this on, users will get suggested replies for chat messages. |
| Chat permission role | Role-based chat permissions must be turned on for the organization and chat must be turned on for each user for this setting to take effect. |
| Users with full chat permissions can delete any message | Users with full permissions can delete any group or meeting chat message in their tenant. |
| Video messages | Allows users to record and send short video messages in chats. |
| Priority account chat control | When this is **On**, priority accounts can review, accept, and block any new chat messages from other people in your organization. This won't impact any of their existing chats. When **Off** is selected, anyone may start a new chat with priority accounts. |
| Automatically share files and Loop links with all people in external chats. | When enabled, all new links to files and Loop components in chats with external people will be shared with all recipients (internal and external). |
