# Merge Rule Settings

The rules to match and merge identities are provided on this page. Rules can be enabled or disabled as needed, depending on the user's request.

**Match Fields:** Entity fields that will used for the matching process are shown.

**Merged Providers:** Providers that will be checked in matching

Disabled rules are not included in the merge process. Rules can be easily enabled or disabled by toggling the status switch.
